Peugeot Ireland has been named as the official vehicle partner of the Pop-Up Races for the 2023 racing season, which will include events across Ireland.

Peugeot said the partnership with Pop Up Races is part of its ongoing commitment to supporting local communities and promoting healthy lifestyles.

This year’s series sees the continuation of a new team competition with a guaranteed prize pot of €18,000.

Added to a prize fund of €5,000 for the individual competition and €8,000 available for new course record bonuses, this year’s Series prize pot totals €31,000.

The 2023 Pop Up Race Series will kick off with the ‘Streets of Portlaoise 5k’ on 17th March. The full race calendar includes a range of distances, from 5km to 10 miles, with events taking place in various towns and cities across Ireland.

  • 6th April Streets of Kilkenny 5k
  • 16th May Bob Heffernan / Mary Hanley 5km (Enfield)
  • 21st May Ashling Murphy Memorial 4 Mile (Tullamore)
  • 17th June Dunshaughlin 10k
  • 1st July Roscommon 10 Mile
  • 16th July Edenderry 10 Mile
  • 19th August Cork City 10 Mile
