Naas 10 mile race day instructions
Number collection will be at Naas GAA from 12.00pm-1.45pm on Sunday before the race start.
Parking is available at Naas GAA but is limited so we would ask where possible to car pool or walk, cycle if possible .
Please obey all marshals.
There are two water stations on route At approximately mile 3 and 7.
The route will be well marshaled and we will have An Garda on duty, some of the route will be traffic free but in some parts you will be running in a a live traffic situation so due care will be needed.
There is free teas and coffees for all participants at the end of the run.
