We’re back in Rathwood, Tullow to remember Mark on his anniversary and to do something he loved – RUN! 💜
This isn’t just a 5K. It’s a day of community, connection and celebration. Whether you’re chasing a PB, walking with friends, or cheering from the sidelines – YOU make this day special.
📍 Where: Rathwood (same route as the Parkrun 5K)
🕘 Registration: 9:30am – 10:30am, Rathwood Carpark

💜 All proceeds to CRY Ireland (Cardiac Risk in the Young) Mark ran his first marathon in 2020 and quickly fell in love with running. Each year, we honour him with this special 5K. Knowing he often ran this very route makes the day even more meaningful. Last year’s support blew us away – and we’d love to see even more of you this year! 🙌
