This years Open Cross Country again takes place in the grounds of the Galway Racecourse, and promises to be another great day of cross country action in Galway.

There will be juvenile races, adult races and relays on the day.

The adult races will also incorporate the Galway ladies and mens county Novice races.

All adult race entries will receive a complimentary tea/coffee after their race.

Generous cash prize fund with prizes for teams (€400, €200, €100 ) individuals and age group winners.

UNDER 11 ARE ATHLETES AGE   9 OR 10    0R TURNING 9 OR 10 ANYTIME THIS YEAR

UNDER 13 ARE ATHLETES AGE 11 OR 12     OR TURNING 10 or 11 ANYTIME THIS YEAR

UNDER 15 ARE ATHLETES AGE 13 OR 14    OR TURNING 13 OR 14 ANY TIME THIS YEAR

UNDER 16 ARE ATHLETE  AGE 14 OR 15     OR TURNING 14 or  15 ANYTIME THIS YEAR

UNDER 17 ARE ATHLETE AGE 15 OR 16 OR TURNING 15 OR 16 ANYTIME THIS YEAR
