Roscommon Harriers are delighted to bring you their 5km Series for 2022.
This year it will be a 4 race series, held on consecutive Fridays from April 8th (race starts 7:30pm, pick up numbers from 6:30pm) (April 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th)
Entry can be for full race series (€30 + fees in total), and the race number you get for race 1 will be for the runner to keep and wear in race 2,3 & 4 or on an individual race basis €10 per race
T- Shirts for the first 120 entries (subject to size availability)
AAI Permit pending

THE RACE NUMBER YOU RECEIVE TONIGHT IS THE ONE YOU MUST WEAR AT ALL FUTURE RACES IN THE SERIES. PLEASE STORE IT IN A SAFE, DRY PLACE AFTER THE RACE. THE CAR GLOVE BOX IS A GOOD SPOT!
Participants will be called to the start line within 2 minutes the start (just outside Hannons)
The races are chipped time, so your run time will be based on time from crossing the mat at the start to crossing the mat at the finish
Please Note, Roads are open so there will be traffic on the roads and marshals will be at all junctions to guide you
The course is an out and back route, turning at a cone @ approx. 2.75km mark and returning back on the same road to the finish line
Water will be provided at the finish line, Participants are asked to not segregate at the finish and move back towards the car park in the hotel and leave in your own time.
