Welcome to the 9th annual Maynooth 10k / 5k!
The fast and flat Maynooth 10K + 5K is very popular with runners of all abilities.
With its scenic route through St. Patrick’s College and Carton House Hotel, chip timing by Pop Up Races, accurate course measurement and professional organization, the event has gone from strength to strength.
Organized by MEC PTA, the Parent teacher association for Maynooth Education Campus.
Fund-raiser for the upkeep of the school playing fields on the Moyglare road and a new astro / MUGA (Multi-Use Games Area) at the new school Campus
New collectable medal sponsored by Pearls Dental.
This year we’d like to encourage businesses and groups in the locality to enter teams and will offer a discounted entry. Discount is 10% for teams of 4 (applicable for both distances)
Excellent Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Ladies and Men in the 10K and 5K
Number pick up and registration in the school, Maynooth Education Campus at the following times:
- 2pm – 4pm on Saturday April 6th or
- 8am to 10am on Sunday April 7th
Refreshments will be served after the race in the school.
Ample car parking, toilet facilities and cloakroom available at the school.
Entry fees are €20 for an individual or €40 for a family of 2 adults and one or more children. Discount for teams
