The ninth running of this very popular West Cork road race. The last of the Beara A.C. Autumn 4-race-Series. The one with the huge prize pool of over 100 prizes. From podium prizes of €250 to €50 (1st – 5th) M& F. Course record prizes. (25:09 M & 28:41 F). 1st 2nd 3rd in all Categories Junior , 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75 (M&F). Team prizes for teams of 4 and 6 (M&F) and our popular mixed team of 10. (Last year’s winners – Eagle AC)

Race entry Over 18: €20 + additional charges ; Under 18 (12 yr – 18 yr) €10 + additional charges. Under-12s may run for free when accompanied by parent/guardian.
Team Entry: Individual must be fully paid up 2023 Athletic Ireland Affiliated club.
