As a school, we have signed up to become a Digital School of Distinction. The Teaching Staff has been trained over the last year in the relevant ICT and Professional Development courses and this is ongoing. Our next step in this journey is to source a class set of Ipads/Chromebooks with covers and charging station for pupil’s use. We feel this is a necessary tool for our pupils in order to prepare them sufficiently for their future. In order to do this it is necessary to raise some funds.
As part of this fundraising, our Parent Support Group are organising a Fun Run on Saturday 9th November 2019 in Drumconrath. The run will include a 5k & 10k run for both adults & children and a 1k children’s run.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
- Medals & neck buffs for the first 300 participants.
- Chip Timed Event
- Winners Prizes, Spot Prizes & Raffle
- Post Race refreshments for all participants
