The 3rd and final race of the Donadea Forest Duathlon takes part on Saturday September 14th at 10.00am

Both runs are on forest roads, taking you past the castle, the old church, through the forest, back around by the lake and then back to the bike transition area in front of the castle.

The cycle is on quiet country roads passing through Donadea, Timahoe, Staplestown and back to the forest park, The duathlon is suitable for both the novice and more experienced athletes

Donadea Wheelers are delighted to announce that our Duathlons this year will be sustainable and minimal waste events. We are reducing waste in our preparation and utilising reusable options where possible. We hope that you will appreciate and enjoy the ‘greening’ of our wonderful duathlons. We would like to encourage you to participate and contribute to this initiative by making your own preparations as sustainable as possible. You can also join in on the day by using our recycling, compost and landfill waste bins as appropriate.
