Hosted by Courcey AC in Ballinspittle, Cork this is a looped five mile course taking in the back roads and main roads between Ballinspittle & Garrylucas beach near the Old Head of Kinsale. Starting at Garrylucas, the course includes a final mile which will have participants looking out at the Atlantic Ocean passing Garrettstown beach.
