The Clane AC 4 Mile Road Race returns for 2025 as part of the clubs 4 Mile Race Series.
Following on from a successful trail run, you can now take to the roads for this fast, 1 loop course on the flat roads around Butterstream, Clane.
The event will start and finish at our club track on the grounds of Scoil Mhuire, and there will be cash prizes for the male & female winners as well as a course record bonus (current record set in 2019 at the last running of the event, 20:16)
There will be the clubs usual top class post race refreshments at the track after the race.
Parking available off site (there is no parking in Scoil Mhuire) at the primary schools, the GAA or in the nearby Aldi car park.
There will be limited race tshirts available on the night for €10.

A few notes below to be aware of ahead of Friday evening
1 - Race starts at 7:30pm sharp on Friday, September 12th
2 - Online Registration will remain open until 60 mins before race start time, you can register on the night for €20, CASH ONLY
3 - Parking is available in the two primiary schools as well as the GAA grounds. THERE IS NO PARKING IN SCOIL MHIUIRE. We would ask local runners not to drive where possible
4 - You can collect your number on race day from 6:15pm at Scoil Mhuire, Clane. Reg will be outside the Sports Hall. Eircode W91PD79
5 - The race starts directly outside the gates to our track, and finishes just outside the sportshall at Scoil Mhuire.
6 - Those who registered for both races will have collected their tshirts at the trail race. There is a limited number of tshirts for sale for €10e on the night, first come first served.
7 - Presentation will take place at 8:30pm by the finish line.
