Celbridge AC are delighted to welcome Nally’s Supervalu on board this year to host what is ‘fast’ becoming touted as the last great 5K PB opportunity of the Summer- the Celbridge 5k Road Race 2019.
With our fantastic new sponsors on board, this popular annual road race promises to be bigger and better than ever!
What can runners expect?
- A fast, fast course suitable for runners of all abilities.
- The first ever CELBRIDGE AC 5K ROAD RACE medal with bespoke design for the first 400 across the line.
- A finisher prize fund with prizes for:
- 1st/2nd/3rd Male & Female
- Junior Male & Female
- Category winners (over 40, 50, 60, & 70) Male & Female.
- Raffle with some great prizes including a 32 inch flat screen TV!
- Kids race (with kids medals).
- Fantastic spread of post-race refreshments.
- Warm up with Rob Craig Fitness.
Last year our race hit the headlines with the male M55 Irish record broken, both course records smashed and a ‘record number’ of PBs floating about too..

RACE HQ, REGISTRATION & NUMBER PICK UP: North Kildare Educate Together School Hall- directly beside running track.
*On the night registration* available at €20 per entry Opens at 6.15pm
KIDS RACE: to take place on Celbridge AC track at 7.15 approx warming up from 7pm
Fast flat course with a wide lap of Celbridge AC grass track to finish.
Medal for first 400 finishers.
Prize giving, refreshments and raffle to take place post race in the NKETS Hall.
