**ENTRIES AFTER NOON ON 14/9 CAN PICK THEIR NUMBER UP ON RACE DAY**
This years Open Cross Country takes place in the new venue of Galway Racecourse, and promises to be another great day of cross country action in Galway.
There will be juvenile races, adult races and relays on the day.
The adult races will also incorporate the Galway ladies and mens county Novice races.
All adult race entires will receive a complimentary tea/coffee after their race.

UNDER 11 ARE ATHLETES AGE 9 OR 10 0R TURNING 9 OR 10 ANYTIME THIS YEAR

Hi all,
Some information ahead of tomorrows Cross Country Meet in Galway Race Course:
- No running or walking allowed on the horse racing track outside of designated areas.
- All parking is in the centre of the race course.
- Please arrive in plenty of time to allow for parking. Senior relays will be straight after the men's 6k race.
- Mens & Womens NOVICE RUNNERS will wear an additional bib with "N" on it on their back. This can be picked up at the start area
- If you are displaying any Covid like symptoms, or have been a close contact, please do not attend.
- All kids relays will be straight after the boys race in each age group.
- RACE NUMBERS: If yours has not arrived in the post, there will be a spare available at the start area at the Pop Up Races Van.
- The "tots" race will have unchipped numbers available for the kids as it is not being timed
