The Ballyskenach 5K road race takes runners through the picturesque grounds of Mt. Saint Joseph’s Abbey and is a favorite with those looking for a fast time. The course is perfect for beginners, improvers and PB chasers alike.
- Parking is available in Roscrea RFC, and you can pick your race number up from 6:30pm.
- If you have a race number from a previous race, you do not need to go to registration, you can go straight to the start line.
- Refreshments will be served in the rugby club post race, and the presentaion will also be here.
- Prizes will be awarded as follows: 1st €100; 2nd €70; 3rd €50 – Male and Female. 1st O40 €50; 1st O45 €50, 1st O50 €50; 1st O60 €50, 1st O70 €50 – Male and Female. 1st Junior Male & Female €30.
- As the race is chip-timed, your result will be available straight away and full results will be available online soon after the race ends on popupraces.ie
