AMP IT UP 5K FUN RUN/WALK LIMERICK

ONLINE REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED. YOU CAN REGISTER FROM 9:30AM SUNDAY MORNING AT THE RACE HQ

‘AMP IT UP’  5k fun run/walk is in aid of the Irish Amputee Football Club.

Race starts at 11am.  On the day registration and number pick up open from 9:30am.  .  There will be a cash prize for first place and spot prizes on the day.

The Irish amputee team will be training on the grounds and displaying their skills beside the refreshment stand.

RUNNERS SHOULD PARK IN THE NORTH CAMPUS CAR PARK OF UL. The easiest way to get to the run is to enter the grounds by the main entrance. Drive to the rounabout and turn left. Then proceed towards the North campus, straight through the roundabout, over the bridge and up to the carparks. If you come in the east gate, follow the road past the sports arena, stables and library and up towards the roundabout. Take a right and follow the road to the north campus.
