We are challenging people of all ages to walk, run, cycle, skip or jump 30km in 30days for the month of September 2021 in order to raise funds for the Mayo Branch of Down Syndrome Ireland.

All monies raised will remain in Mayo to help support the local branch to continue to support both the people of Mayo who have Down Syndrome and their families.

We will be offering a tshirt and medal to each of our participants. These will be sent out approximately 3 weeks after the event.

FUNDRAISING: If you would like to to fundraise for this event, you can do so by activating the fundraising account automatically created for you when you register.

We as a charity need as much support from our communities as possible.

Prior to 2020, our biggest fundraiser of the year has been our Church Gate Collections which were spread across the entirety of Mayo. Due to COVID-19 we have had to adapt and following the huge success of our 30km in 30days fundraiser in 2020, we are running this again for 2021.

The funds raised help to cover activities, outings, therapies, courses, education seminars and so much more for our members and their families. As we are now in uncertain times it is crucial that we move as many of these services and activities online to have some normality and to keep our members as independent as possible throughout these turbulent times.

Please support our charity in any small way you can, every little helps and is greatly appreciated.
