Welcome to all our 10K and 5K entrants!

We look forward to welcoming over 400 runners tomorrow on what looks like a nice running day! Some quick information points about tomorrow's race:
- The race take place outside the Heath GAA club grounds just outside Portlaoise town https://maps.app.goo.gl/C2sjiro6q3WhbTXk9
- If travelling from Dublin take the M7 junction 15 and if you're coming from Limerick then junction 16.
- The registration desks will open from 9am in the GYM of the club grounds.
- We're currently doing construction works on our clubhouse hall so this will be out of bounds for the entirety of the race day. The kitchen remains as is with a one way system in operation.
- Online entries need only your entry name and the volunteers will sort the rest.
- Changing rooms remain the same as last year and post race water/bananas will be at the finish line.
- For the lucky winners! The race presentations will take place at 12.30pm at the ball wall.
- Whilst the roads will be quiet on traffic it's worth noting that not all roads are closed and please keep to the left on the road during the race.
- We have decided to replace the heathers from last year with a small portion of each race entrant fee to the local PATH homelessness charity who do amazing work.
Finally we wish everyone the best of luck in the race. The organisers would also like to thank our local sponsor Green Lawncare, who will be present on the day. Green Greet offer an excellent range of lawn care services including robotic mowers https://www.greenfeet.ie/
