Run the Line 2025

‘Run the Line’ is one of Ireland’s biggest trail races and a vital fundraising event for Dublin-Wicklow Mountain Rescue Team (DWMRT). It takes place on Saturday 22nd November 2025.

This years event is especially important to us as we are in the middle of building our new base near Roundwood, and all funds raised will go towards its completion

The event consists of two separate races (13km and 26km) across the Dublin Mountains, starting and finishing in Glencullen Adventure Park, and taking in many spectacular locations along the way, offering breath-taking views of Dublin. The course caters for anyone looking for a real challenge in the outdoors!

2012 saw the inaugural ‘Run the Line’ event take place, beginning and ending at Lamb Doyle’s pub in Sandyford, Co. Dublin. Since then we have gone from strength to strength, and the decision was made in 2017 to move the start/finish line to Glencullen Adventure Park. This has been our location ever since,  perfect for both athletes and organisers! See our course route section for details on the location.
