We are looking forward to welcoming you to Naas racecourse this Friday, join us for an evening of racing! Please read the following information carefully to ensure a safe and smooth running of the race.
When travelling to Naas racecourse please enter via the Dublin road to avoid traffic congestion on the Tipper road. Marshals will be on hand to direct cars for parking.
The race starts at 7:30pm sharp. Note that the start line is just outside the racecourse on the Tipper road. Parking is exclusively inside the Naas racecourse grounds and marshals will be present to make sure nobody parks on local roads or in neighbouring housing estates. There will be ample parking in the racecourse.
Number & Tee pick up is available at the Naas sports centre on Thursday from 19.00 to 21:00. Eircode W91 TE29. Collection will also be available from 17:45 to 19:15 on Friday at the racecourse Tote hall.
NOTE: The first 300 registered are eligible for the race tshirt
The race route is along the Tipper triangle and consists of two laps. Please follow marshals instructions, be aware of possible faster runners finishing their second lap as some may be starting their second lap.
Prizegiving for all prizewinners, categories and teams will commence at 9pm from inside the Naas racecourse Tote hall. Please join us for some refreshments , sandwiches and treats alongside this prize giving . If you are not around to collect, your prize will be posted out in due course.
There will be water available at the finish line and at one point of the two lap race route, approx 3&7km.
Toilets are also located at the Tote hall and we would ask if runners could use these pre race as the start line is right beside a housing estate and residents have expressed concerns regarding this.
Results will be available live on www.popupraces.ie
Looking forward to seeing you at the race and thank you for your support.
