February 20th 2025 will see the return of the Gorey Night Run when young and old will hit the streets of Gorey yet again!
Now in it’s 10th year, the run has become a hugely popular annual event.
Again this year adults and children of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to take part in this family friendly event.
So dust off the runners and join us on February 20th at 7.30pm for the 2025 Gorey Night Run.

On behalf of the Gorey Night Run Committee, thank you to everyone who has signed up or supported Gorey Night Run 2025 in aid of the very worthy cause North Wexford Hospice.
Please read the following pre event information carefully:
· If you have registered for Chipped Timing and/or a T-Shirt these can be collected on on the EVENING OF THE RUN (from 5pm) OR ALTERNATIVELY ON TUESDAY 18th February from 5pm-7.00 at GOREY LIBRARY.
· If you have opted for postage of T-Shirts and chipped timing these should arrive in the coming days. (those who selected this have been emailed separately, check junkmail if you have not received it)
· The race starts at 7:30 sharp, and you should be at the starting area ready to go no later than 7:20PM.
· On arrival at the start area (Gorey Library) please adhere to guidance of the stewards at all times
· Gorey Shopping Centre & Gorey Library will be open for use of their facilities.
· Registration will be open on the night from 5.00-7pm.
· There is no parking available at the civic square.
· The route is as follows:
Start at Gorey Civic Square.
Turn left onto the Avenue. Continue down the Main Street turning at the bottom to return up
Main Street. Turn right at Johns Street. Follow Fort Road until right turn at Scholars walk. Continue up until Creagh college.
Turn at the top & return back down turning right towards the Carnew Rd. Turn left onto Carnew Rd.
At the monument turn right in the direction of Paul Funge Boulevard.
Follow Paul Funge Boulevard until left turn onto The Avenue.
Retuning to the Civic Square.
