Bóthar Na Naomh Adventure Races 2025

This is the 12th year having started our very successful event in 2013 and this event has gone from strength to strength every year, our competitors from other years can confirm, this is an adventure race with a difference. It’s a race where fun and pure hardship are guaranteed, we aim to provide a high standard race that should attract beginners to elite racers, all for an affordable price.

Fun and adventure are guaranteed. The U16 race has become a great opportunity for parents to participate with their children if they want too, but not essential, also for those that doesn’t want to do the full Duathlon you can do the Adult 5k Adventure Race race.

The Time-table for the race is as follows.

9:30am-registration will open at Cloone Community Center.

10:00am – U16 adventure race begins. (Ages 7-16 years)

11.00am- Adult 5k Adventure Race ( Ages 16 years plus)

11:30-Main race Adventure Duathlon (Over 18 only)

2:5 trail run on Bóthar Na Naomh
20km road cycle (public roads)
5km adventure trail run on Bóthar Na Naomh.
U16 race is a 5km adventure run on the trail.

Race Cost
Main Race €50 ( on the day €55)

Adult 5k Adventure Race € 25 ( on the day €30)

U16 Race €10  ( on the day €15

Online Registration is recommended to avoid disappointment on the day, however registration will be available on race morning up until 10:45 sharp.
