The route is cross-country with rough terrain, so appropriate running footwear is essential.

It is not suitable for buggies, and no dogs are permitted on the course.

Bag drop is available at the start area (please avoid placing valuables or delicate items).

Parking is a 10-minute walk from the registration area.

The entry gate opens at 8:30 AM — please aim to arrive at least 20 minutes before race start.
